Don't worship your Pastor- Pastor Tolu Ijisesan

Pastor Tolu Ijisrsan the reknown Pastor of Christ Redeption Haven  hit on about the the faith of the church today. He said; "These are the days it was written for, that they will not want to endure sound doctrine but after their lust will raise to themselves teachers having itching ears. They will turn away from the truth and turn to fables. Many today are following the wisdom of men. There is an impending danger to worship men and not God. Peter gave the striking warning to the upcoming church in Acts 4. The leadership of the church need to beware so that men of God will now act as god of men or of the temple. The kingdom principle is whoever is willing to be the first among the leaders must be willing to serve God's people. You can as well inquire from God and worship at Christ Redemption Haven, Liberty Hospital Qtr, Oluwatuyi, Akure. 08069102619.

The death of regional languages and its variants of regional languages

About 6,000 different languages are spoken around the world. The Foundation for Endangered Languages estimates that between 500 and 1,000 of those languages which are spoken by only a handful of people. Thus every year, the world loses around 25 mother tongues. That equates to losing 250 languages over a decade. Pakistan has been and is still rich in lingual diversity. Even today, it has more than six major and 70 small languages. This language heritage provides the country a reliable source of cultural strength and diversity.  However, Pakistan as a federation did not treat the diversity to increase the social capital but tried to enact national integration through religio-ideological hegemonic designs. Some 28 regional languages including Hindko, Kashmiri, Torwali, Khowar, Shina, Burushaski, Balti, Wakhi, Pahari, Hazaragi, etc., are in extreme danger of extinction. Some may refer to these as minor or small languages. Whatever you name it, whatever status or respect you give it. It do

Pressure mounts on govt as D-Day draws near

Some interesting developments have begun to take place as the day of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf showdown in capital Islamabad draws near. The old-ally, Pakistan Awami Tehrik of Dr Tahirul Qadri, has announced joining the November 2 sit-in while the mistrusted ally, Pakistan People's Party, has also begun to send signals it too could join the anti-government protest eventually. A rather ominous development however came from within the capital, where the Shuhada Foundation of Lal Masjid cleric Maulana Aziz said it could extend support to PTI for Islamabad lockdown as "the government has crossed its limits in its enmity with Islam and the country". If all these forces somehow come together eventually, it would be a rather strange and uneasy assortment. Whereas the PPP is secular in character, the PAT is basically a religious party with a moderate orientation, while Shuhda Foundation of Pakistan is exclusively a religious pressure group having an extremist outlook and character

Gospel Singer Caught Stealing A Lady’s SUV At Winners Chapel Headquarters

Following the arrival of 22yrs old Samuel Sunday into Living Faith Church, also known as 'Winners Chapel,' located at Sango-Otta, Ogun State, last week Sunday, many thought he came to worship God. Nobody knew he came into the worship centre to steal a car. Thus, while others were singing and praising God, Samuel was frantically searching for the perfect vehicle to steal. The perfect vehicle would be one, whose owner forgot the gate pass inside the car. Whenever church members were driving into the church premises, security guards at the gate would give them a gate pass. Nobody is allowed to drive in or out of the church premises without the gate pass. Samuel was almost giving up hope of ever finding the perfect car, when he chanced on a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV). The owner, apparently in a hurry, left the gate pass in the car. He successfully broken into the car and was struggling to undo the security device of the car, in order to turn on the ignition, when a woman sighted a
