BWARI CRISIS – ESU BWARI

As a traditional ruler, our major role in our community is to maintain peace and avert crisis of any form.  Bwari as a town under my control, is noted to be the most peaceful, crime free town in the FCT and we are going to continue to work towards maintaining same. Several misunderstandings in my domain that could have led to different types of crises in the town have been curtailed through my closeness to the residents - whether you are a native or not, Muslim or Christian. However, relevant authorities must come in to address the present situation in my chiefdom, where two chiefs exist before it degenerates into chaos. Recently, we received an invitation that Alhaji Musa Ijakoro wanted to celebrate 40th years anniversary as Sarki of Bwari. My subjects wrote to me and the authority that such celebration would degenerate into crisis but I prevailed on them to allow the authority to handle the situation. The fact is, how can two chiefs co-exist in a small chiefdom like Bwari.? Ijakoro c
