 Idanre Kingdom in Ondo State of Nigeria will be having her own University in few months. This good news was broken with joy by one of the most persistent son of the soil who always in forefront of pursing an higher insistution for the Kingdom. Following the meeting with His Royal Majesty, Oba Fredrick Adegunle Aroloye, Arubiefin IV, (JP) OFR at the Owa of Idanre's Palace.

The University which is to be named American International World University is sited at Owena as her permanent site. It  will also have a Teaching Hospital and Medical Research center to cover Africa in both traditional and orthodox medicine.

this institution that will be rank among the world best is to be founded by an Idanre man but with US citizenship (Nigeria/America Citizen), Professor Folorunso Razaq Ibraheem who is a Professor of Medicine and Nursing and presently a founder and Vice-Chancellor of American International World University, curently in America.

Among other exceptional and enviable facilities of the coming institution are Cancer Research Centre of International standard, an Helicopter airfield for take-off and landing for emergency medical cases etc

The clearing of the University permanent site is expected to start in August, 2018 while all regulatory bodies like National University Commission (NUC), Nigeria Board of Nursing, and other relevant Government Agencies anticipating for the approval.

 Professor Folorunso Razaq Ibraheem, an alumni of Olofin Grammar School, Idanre said he intend to found the University as a way of giving back to his people through who he rose to his present position in life.

In a meeting with the National University Commission (NUC) held in at the Commission headquarters at Maitama district of Abuja, he said "...Despite having an area of 1,914 kilometres and a population of 129,024 (2006) census), and despite being Nigeria largest cocoa producer, Idanre does not presently have a world class university. I am pleased to let you know that as an Idanre indigene, I wish to give back to the land where God created me by establishing a University in the town with permission and cooperative of National Universities Commission (NUC)"

His Royal Majesty, Oba Fredrick Adegunle Aroloye, Arubiefin IV, (JP) OFR  the Owa of Idanre, thanked God for the privileged and parayed that God will continue to bless and prosper all those behind the idea. he assued that the Palace and the entire Ugha Council will to support the ongoing project.
